I work out about 4-5 days a week. I was looking at supplments like GNC Amplified Creatine 189 tablets, Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass. I do not take any supplements. I did take Muscle Milk for a little but the taste was horrible in my opinion. Would the taste of the Serious Mass (or even 100% Whey Gold Standard) taste better? I am 18, weight 165. I want to take supplments to help build muscle with my workouts. Would these supplements help build muscle fast, or any other suggestions for me? Thank you!
