Does Cellucor C4 Extreme work? What are the Side effects?

Im looking for a weight lifting supplement,im 5''7" and weigh 180lbs, i do not want to gain more fat, i dont mind if i gain weight but lose fat and look skinnier. I found C4 Extreme which seemed good, until i saw some of the side effects, ive heard it makes your penis smaller and voice funny, is this true? If it is what are some other supplements i can buy that wont make me gain alot of weight but gain muscle, i woul like it to be in the GNC store though. And a supplement with little side effects. Thanks
