I have a general interest in living a healthy lifestyle and research health from time to time. I take a male's GNC multivitamin, fish oil for omega-3 fatty acids, a zinc, vitamin D, and a Ginco biloba supplement. I am active and readily engage in sports or working out in the weight room. Are there any other vitamins that I should be taking? I am interested in vitamins that promote energy, physical and mental well-being. Any input is appreciated. Thank you
