I am trying to gain some weight by lifting weights and using protein shakes. I do not want to get fat I just want to add muscle. I went to GNC and they told me to take whey Isolate right after my work out and then an anabolic mass gainer before I go to bed on days I work out. I am worried that I will gain the wrong kind of weight so I want to add a run everyday to help maintain that but I do not know if it will counter act my main cause of gaining muscle.
