Does GNC's WELLbeING vitamins work? be-HOT and be-ENERGIZED?

mainly the be-HOT exercise enhancing turbopak and the be-ENERGIZED? i'm looking to get toned and lose about 10-15 pounds and have more energy. the vitamins seem to be advertising all 3. i am a 15 year old girl, btw. please help!
