okay i weight 220 pounds. male 18 years old. i went to a website called teen body building . com and i found a weight loss plan for me and it said i should consume 2500 clean calories a day. i workout as hard as i can! usally a 4 mile run + weights. and i bought GNC lean shake which has a 1500 calorie meal plan with it. which one should i do? im tryng to lose weight and build muscle
