GNC proteins and creatines.?

the only store around me that i can purchase supplements is gnc so i need some reviews on some of their creatines and proteins products i have $200 to spend and i need good things i leave for the military in 3 months so i need somethn that will get my muscle up without affecting my running performance. if you have any good or bad reviews for me let me know i really need some help. thank you.
