How to have more confidence with acne? 10 to best!?

well I have acne it's not severe but it's not mild and I'm in the process of doing what I can to heal it. I'm using an all natural soap on it called "grandpas soap" got it from gnc 5 dollars a bar and using their mosturizer as well which has vitamin c in it. I dolnt have the money to spend to get anythig better what are some simple things to use or do to help my acne and also the scars I have from it as well ? Thanks! Also how do I have more confidence with acne? Help!
