Im 16 years old and i weigh 60-65Kgs and i am 165cm tall. I am currently unhappy with this so i decided to buy a 2LB tub of GNC Pro Preformance 100% Whey Protein (Strawberry) off a friend. I was thinking as using it as a meal replacement, but, im not so sure HOW exactly to do this. Can someone give me a basic idea or ways i should use this to lose weight and build muscle?
