Is this motivation for people?

I believe most people want to be healthy and to exercise, but they just don’t know where to begin. Some are embarrassed, others are afraid that they’ll be physically judged by their lack of fitness, and then there are those who are just intimidated. It’s easy to make excuses – I’m too old, I’m too fat, I have a bad knee. Sometimes all we need is a little help getting motivated.Like Seeing people with a great shape can motivate you for the reason that you want to be like that.
