Some comments on my muscle building routine and supplementation?
every one is different... everyone has a different approach, a different routine, different experiences... a peice of advice i can give you is be open minded.... dont just take someones word for it... filter opinions and techniques out your self and choose the one that fits you best... most of all, absorb yourself in bodybuilding... read books, magazines, internet, talk to the biggest guys at the gym....dont take anything illegal though... and some of those guys can be asses so dont take it personal... GNC is a rip off..... try bodybuilding.com.... way cheaper.... and its pretty much all the same.... becareful of those big meat heads that work behind the counter... they would sale their kid if it were the right price.... creatine holds a lot of water... so when your cutting or toning and trying to look good you wont... because youll have water weight... creatine is for mostly bulk... and drink a lot of water.... over a gallon a day.... try ragnorok, amino acids, and ZMA.... talk to a docter before consumption..... take a scoop ragnarok pre work out and a scoop after until the first jug is gone.... amino acids preferibly 3 pills a couple hours before work out and three pills after work out.... ZMA three pills before bed... dont consume any calcium produst with the zma for it will delute the zma.... and as far as the weight gain 10,000xxx.... only take that if your really skinny..... other wise eat a lot of food.... chicken, potatoes, brown rice.... weigh out your meals and have 4 to eight a meals a day.....i left out a lot but this will get you started.... research these things.... talk to a docter or a personal trainer about any of this.... good luck
